Lolo one film that captures the youthful esensia but now in Mexico City during the 90's, in a marginal neighborhood of the metropolitan area: where dwells a lower class family who has to deal to take day by day spending , pawning the few possessions they have or making a trade. The children are immersed in the same environment that causes ostigador eh oppressive judicial system rife with corruption and social disintegration, also shows some tactical decisions in our country, as is the use of scapegoats who are charged based on torture, deceit or arrangements.
